BJ sez: GOTH JOBETH WAS a favourite when it ran in the Pointer. I actually had to drop a few gags because they wouldn't all fit. I was worried it would be too busy or too much to read. Having had personal experience with the goth crowd, I was certainly not hurting for material. I still remember the looks I got when I informed my friends that Anne Rice is actually quite a mediocre writer.

The field guide entries will be a staple. Coming soon are the Sport JoBeth and the Hippie JoBeth.

This one was actually inked with a fine- and an ultra fine-point Sharpie marker, because I was away from home, couldn't find my brush and had no ink anyway. I wasn't happy inking in marker, but I was even less happy when it turned out reasonably well.

God, I really am a hack.
